Can you special order shoes for me?

Yes we can. If you don’t see a shoe in your size, we will check our other store(s) and if they don’t have it we will order it for you from the vendor.

Do you have a frequent buyer card?

Sorry—we do not believe in gimmicks to get our customers to return to our store. Our everyday prices are lower than our competitor’s prices even after coupons and frequent buyer “deals”—and we guarantee it.

What do you mean when you say JDR carries “first run” shoes?

When a brand sells product to a department store or specialty store, they sell them the best styles made in
the best materials from the best factories. These are the shoes and styles that JDR offers. It is easy for you compare the exact style that the better stores are carrying—we carry them too.

What is the difference between JDR’s “first run” shoes and other warehouses’ “make up” product?

When a brand sells “make up” product, they change the style just enough and take some of the quality of materials and manufacturing out of the item. The “make up” product is not the same as the “in line first run” product. Secondly, you cannot compare the brands “make up” shoes to the “in line” shoes because they are not the same. Department stores and specialty stores do not carry the “make up” product.

Can I buy shoes online?

Unfortunately we cannot actively sell online. We sell our shoes at prices so much below our vendors suggested retail prices, most of them do not allow us to sell online.

Does a big corporation own JDR Shoe Warehouse?

No. JDR is owned by a local entrepreneur, who is at one of the stores every day. If a customer has any questions, Jeff is always available to help.
